Cabbage Soup 1 Week Dieting Plan

Note: The Cabbage Soup Diet Should NOT be followed for longer than 1 week.

Rember aswell as the diet drink a minimum of 4-6 glasses of water each day

Day 1:
        - Only Eat Fruit. Any type of fruit is okay BUT no bananas.
        - Drink tea, black coffee, (dont add sugar, add sweetener if needed) unsweetened cranberry juice, and water.
        - You can have as much cabbage soup as you like.
 

Day 2:
        - Only eat vegetables, raw or cooked BUT avoid beans, peas and sweet corn.
        - Eat one baked potato with a little butter.
        - No fruit today.

        - You can have as much cabbage soup as you like.
       
         
Day 3:
        - Eat as much fruit and vegetables, raw or cooked as you like BUT avoid beans, peas and sweet corn.
        - And no bananas.
        - You can have as much cabbage soup as you like.
 

Day 4:
        - Eat up too 8 bananas.
        - Drink as many as 8 glasses of skim milk
     
  - You can have as much cabbage soup as you like.
 

Day 5:
        - You may have 300-500g (10-20 ounces) of lean steak or skinless chicken or fish.
        - Eat 6 fresh tomatoes or 1 tin.
        - You can have as much cabbage soup as you like.
 

Day 6:
        - Eat lean steak or skinless chicken or fish plus fresh vegetables or salad. No baked potato.
        - Drink 8 glasses of water.
        - You can have as much cabbage soup as you like.
 

Day 7:
        - Brown rice, vegetables, and unsweetened fruit juice for the day.
        - No alcohol, bread or diet soda.
        - You can have as much cabbage soup as you like.
